GM: Someone OTHER than CP...young, hungry and wants to win (no conflicting interests like CP has with the president title etc...just GM)

Head Coach - Bill Cower out of retirement or if we go college, Bob Stoops

Offense: Anyone BUT a Herman Edwards clone...someone with a attacking style offense that brings excitement and even better...points!

Defense: Gun works...but if Marv Lewis in Cincy gets canned...he might need another job right :)

Bring back Solari though for the Oline coach

Dude, our team is the same. Kick ass. Keep going with it.

We had the thought at the exact same time. My wife came down to talk to me for 4 minutes.

Great minds work alike. Apparently, so do ours. :) Quite cool.

Very nice, but might I suggest Mr. Butkus for LB coach and the entertainingly psychotic John Randle for DL?

GM - Bill Polian
HC - Joe Gibbs
OC - Jon Gruden
DC - Marty Schottenheimer

Polian is obvious.

You have to go with Gibbs as HC because you need a guy who has run fantastic teams for a long time to control a pair of all-star coordinators.

Gruden is able to do more with less than a guy like Al Saunders, and we aren't going for a 32 defense here.

Schottenheimer for the exact same reason as Gruden. Gunther has proven that those 90's defenses were the work of Marty.

For the bonus round I'll give you my head scout: Herm Edwards.

Yeah. He can pick good talent, but he sure as hell can't coach them worth a shit.

Time to go back to evaluating, Herm. Leave the coaching to the capable.

Pat Bowlen has to be near the top of the list. He puts his faith in his head coach and stays out of the way until he needs to open the checkbook.
