Whatever. Mecca may be a Travis Tritt looking, USC loving, Chiefs front office hating CP member, but he's got over 26,000 post. He may have a "negative" take on all things Chiefs but keep in mind that his perspective is often accurate.

This team hasn't won a playoff game since January of 1994 and with the exception of two seasons since that victory (1997 & 2003), the Chiefs have fielded a very sub-par team.

Also for the other thing, if you compare the stats from early in his career, Allen and Aaron Schobel actually compare very well. There's nothing wrong with being Aaron Schobel, he's a good player and he's made a Pro Bowl.

At the same time he isn't an elite top 2 at his position DE, I think Allen compares with a guy like him, not Julius Peppers. There's no shame in that, it doesn't mean he sucks.....people when I say that people act like it means I'm saying he sucks...

N00b here. As a new poster, but a long time reader of this board, if I'd never been here, I wouldn't suspect Mecca as a Chiefs fan. It would also be hard to pin down which team exactly he was a fan of, as he always seems to dwell on the strengths of any other team in the league. I myself am a critic of the Chiefs, yet I want what most of us want for the team, a win. I just don't see that in him, in any scenario of his postings.
