If a picture is slightly blurry is there a way to make it a little more clear?

Thanks

Who has a link to some good photo shop tutorials. I've googled and found a few but none could keep my interest for more than 5 minutes. Anyone know a good one?

Under "Filter" > "Sharpen"

Under "Filter" > "Sharpen"

Imust be retarded. It just gives me a little target curser and doesn't do shit for the picture. I am not sure how to use that curser.

Everytime you click Sharpen on the menu, it does it. Click it two or three times and you'll see the difference. There's also "Sharpen more" and some others.

Cool, thank you very much. I can see a difference now.

No problem. I had to painfully learn alot of Photoshop stuff on my own, too.
