My choice is Terdell Sands standing at 6'7 330 pounds, Sands is a very athletic DT but dumber than a Raider fan talking smack in Arrowhead.

It would be nice to stumble on to the RB we have been looking for.So my vote is for Blaylock.

I voted for Sands also.
He intrigues me. Last years defense was the most dissappointing element of the team for me, after years of having solid squads and waiting for the O to do something. Hopefully Terdell will develop, understand the plays, and tear up the middle of the line, maybe even fall on, and crush a QB or two for gaz.

That would be nice, but Blaylock will be a lifetime KR/PR like a Mel Gray or Eric Metcalf.

Unlike Grey, I think Metcalf was a multitalented stud. I had him in fantasy leagues and as BOTH a rb and a wr he produced.

If he was younger and in St.Louis instead of Faulk I think at half back Metcalf would have flourished. He wouldn't have put up 2,000 rushing yards, but i think that 1,800 to 1,900 combined yards would have been possible. He was just stuck playing for a terrible coach on a terrible team in Atlanta....

I'll be surprised if any of those players actually suit up for a game this year.

hey man, if you're a Chiefs fan and a realist, now is NOT the time ta' speak up!

My vote is for Blaylock. Speed kills, and we've been pacifists in that area for the past few years.

I hope it is Blaylock

I voted for Terdell Sands.

He doesn't have to be smart to play DT.
With his size he could be dominating.

My vision of the Chiefs defensive huddle.

Marvcus Patton calls signals, grabs Sands,
says when I say go, you find man with ball.
Kill man with ball.

I just feel sorry for any Chief that recovers a fumble.

I voted for Blaylock (mainly because contrary to popular hope, the Committee is not yet dead) but want to know where is Gary Stills and Jabbar Threats?

Wanting ANY kind of posotive surprise...

#9 was hilarious! Immediately pictured Mongo from Blazing Saddles.

Looks like I'm the only one picking Baber.

I really liked what I saw of this kid at the open mini-camp. He showed excellent hands and crisp route-running... heck, he looked like another Gonzo!

I'm going with Baber also. Dunn and Drayton just don't jump out at me, and Muther and Thomas, well...
Whereas Baber did look good at Mini-camp. With Tony G getting all the limelight, I wouldn't be surprised if Baber stood out as a good #2, or showed up routinely in 2-TE sets.
