MU had the most first team players at eight. OU and KU tied with four. Altogether the Big 12 South had nine first teamers to MU's eight.

The four Texas schools had a total of five first team players, but Texas natives accounted for eleven of the first team players. Missouri had four first teamers, and they all play for Mizzou.

Rucker and Coffman made first and second team TE, but somehow the great Pettigrew didn't even garner an honorable mention.
