I remember getting elbowed in the nose during a game, during a timeout my coach always kept half cut off tampons in a first aid kit and he stuck on up my nose and I was back in the game.

I wanna know who the poor bastard was that he handed the towels off to when he was done.

I mean... wiping the sweat off the floor is one thing... this is a whole different level of commitment.

So, so awesome. I'm glad he brought his POWERTOWEL.

His first few games back he was always cramping up in the 2nd half due to dehydration. I guess he overdid it a bit.

I was going to post the KC Star's caption... but they seem to have taken the slide show of the game down.

I was at the game, and I saw him dancing around like he was hurt. He then went to the bench and put something down his pants - I thought maybe he was icing his groin or something. (I'm in the corner, on the far end away from the teams bench so I don't have a great view). He then got on the court like everything was normal. I turned to my wife and said "Bill Walker just took a piss". So funny.

what's he gonna do? you say he should hold it, but he probably HAD been holding it. You try going out and playing collegiate level basketball when you have to piss like a racehorse.

it's not like it's unheard of for football players to piss themselves (or worse) during games. Hell, cyclists often pull to the side and piss during races.

From what was reported on 810 today, he has been dealing with dehydration issues and they have him drinking a shit ton before and during games. Would explain the "not able to wait" angle.

Yeah, I read a book too that reminds me of such events. It was called "Trails in the Sand" by I.P. Freeley

does K-State come to Lawrence this year in b-ball? well if they do, the fans definately need to wave white towels (similiar to the terrible towels for the Steelers) and add a little yellow color to them. That would be great!

Anybody watching the UNC and UK game? UNC looking good. I'm going to go ahead and predict the four #1 seeds this year. Memphis, UNC, Kansas, and UCLA. I think the pollsters finally got it right after years of work. These four teams seem to be head and shoulders better than anyone else.
