This is a really weird year in the NFL. The playoff races are all but over, with 3 weeks to go.

AFC
NE
IND
PIT -- could switch to the 4 seed
SD -- could switch to the 3 seed
JAX
CLE -- could lose out to Buffalo or Tennessee

NFC
DAL
GB
SEA
TB
NYG - could drop to 6th
MIN - could rise to 5th or drop their spot to WAS, NO, or ARZ

These last three weeks are going to be snoozeville. Watching to see if NE can go undefeated is about the only story line going.

Yes, parity is dead. It seems that ultimately, the only thing free agency has accomplished is pushing players' salaries up.

BTW, there is one more story line, and that's whether Miami can go winless. We're all on the edge of our seat for that one.
