They're also airing little 'scenes' as a precursor to the season between shows. The two I've seen is;

McNulty being McNulty, where he calls Beadie from a bar and tells her 'they're working late again' then protests that 'no, he's tired, he slurs his speech when he's tired.'

and

a scene where a captain was complaining about the margin on a package to Marlo. Marlo and Snoop let him know 'fo sho' that his currency problems are his to figure out.
