Bloomberg to Announce Presidential Run

According to Forbes Magazine (http://www.forbes.com/opinions/2007/12/15/bloomberg-mayor-independent-oped-cx_daa_1215bloomberg.html), NYC Mayor Mike Bloomberg will announce that he's running for president some time after Super Tuesday, February 5th; a supporter told Forbes that he is prepared to spend up to $2 billion of his own money in a race.

I sure hope he follows through: a Bloomberg candidacy will slice the Nanny State vote right down the middle between himself and the democratic candidate. The more he spends, the worse the democratic candidate does.

As a result of the reduced prospects for a democratic victory in November, voters in the latter primaries -- 42% of the delegates -- will be less inclined to vote for candidates who can "beat Hillary" (Giuliani and Romney). All the better for Paul, who is well-positioned (http://www.lewrockwell.com/blog/lewrw/archives/017787.html) to pick off overlooked states running later primaries.

This was predicted through the works of Nostradamus, and was as scientifically proven as the *Big Bang Theory*

I wonder if he will attract any support. He's extremely popular in NYC I guess, I heard over the weekend his approval was near 70% I think?

I've stated before if Hilary is the Dem Nominee, and the right goes with someone else who is pro-war, this campaign could get interesting in a hurry.
