Surely yesterday was it. If Clark doesn't get it by now, he never will.

I guess what we're all trying to say was, "No. We didn't notice what he was wearing. WTF was it?"

Paper or plastic?

I recommend plastic.

Paper or plastic?

I recommend plastic.

Not to hijack the thread or anything, but, when offered the inevitable "paper/plastic" choice at the store, what arguments are there to sway my decision one way or the other? Are there inherent environmental pros & cons to each? What are they?

Paper is biodegradable but kills trees. Plastic kills no trees but is not biodregradable.

I recommend plastic for Carl due to its non-porous nature.

paper, paper, paper ...... we have started programs for planting more trees.

it still takes 10 thousand years for a plastic bag to breakdown.

I recommend plastic for Carl due to its non-porous nature.I have never ever killed a tree. I have cut them down before, but never killed one.

Trees are like WHEAT, when they are mature, they are to be harvested, just like wheat.
