Definitely fodder for future wallpaper, in my opinion.
Sans watermark: yay. (http://www.nfl.com/photo/photo-gallery?chronicleId=09000d5d80522278)
Not particularly sorry if repost.

Seeing that picture makes me ask the question....so did the receiver drop the ball?
I'm curious about that picture (and some of the others on the slide show). How was this done? I mean, the darkness and all.

You'll recall that it was a day with a lot of direct sun. Areas on the field with shadows and areas without.
The professional photographers are generally not leaving any of the settings up to the camera to determine, so they can control what they want.
If they have the camera set to take in the right amount of light for a brightly lit area, and they take a picture in a less well lit area, a picture like this may result.
Or they could be doing it on purpose.
OR it could be manipulated afterwards with photoshop.
Given the lack of people around Croyle, I'd suggest that their is at least *some* manipulation occuring.
Now I'll let the real photographers chime in.

At first glance that looked like "DOOM" closing in on Croyle....about like when you look at the O-linemen protecting him.
