All that publicity and the free cosmetic surgeries paid off
Jones to pose for Penthouse http://dailynews.yahoo.com/h/nm/20001007/ts/people_jones_dc.html

Thought that the penthouse thing would get a few responses.

Personally I feel no need to feed the egos or pocketbooks of bimbos.
Darva Conger 'marries a millionare' and protests how it was all a big mistake and she's really a good girl with morals. She then displays said morals in Playboy.
Monica parlays her 'skills' into a Jenny Craig and handbook gig. Luckily no photo spread has been in the offing yet.
Now Jones displays her 'assets' in Penthouse. I'm not surprised and am only shocked it took her this long.
I don't care for the lady and have little respect for her, but it doesn't absolve Slick Willy of his wrong. There's been too many cases of the same behavour to convince me Jones was crying wolf.
10-08-2000, 03:11 PM
Oh I agree that there was something going on, I think though, that it was consentual and then when he tired of her...she cried fowl. Protesting to be a good girl. Got money to fix her face and now is going to hit it "big" with penthouse...can't do much better than that. She will be set for life after that,,, If you ask me, she did not do so bad by her association with slick willie... With out that exposure, she would still be a "housewife living in a trailor in BFE better known as Arkansas"
10-08-2000, 03:22 PM
Your scenario could be quite true and it wouldn't surprise me if it were so. However as I keep having to point out to my lib friends Impeachment wasn't about sex. It was about perjury, obstruction of justice, and abuse of office.
Slick Willy lied under oath about Jones, then he lied about Lewinsky. Then he obstucted a grand jury investigating the lies and used the FBI as his muscle.
If the man had simply told the truth none of it would have happened. He had a simple and clear recourse that parents teach their children from the beginning. He chose the opposite path and commited felonies in the process.
10-08-2000, 03:25 PM
Jones and Slickster deserve each other. They're both white trash and have displayed every characteristic of that species. Unfortunately we as a country have also been dragged into their seamy gutter.
10-08-2000, 07:16 PM
Still no interest...
10-08-2000, 08:20 PM
C'mon, you guys. I thought she was the Repubs poor innocent Polyanna whose repressed memory of indecent exposure just happen to surface at an opportune time for them. Lets not jump to any conclusion that she's just a money-grubbing, headline-grabbing loose-cannon bimbo.
10-08-2000, 09:15 PM
gosh.. who gives a sh!t.... Let the woman liver her dang life... Like it has anything to do with any of us.. sheesh....Ya know.. one thing I really hated about the other BB was all the non-KC threads, and thats why I liked this one so much.. there was none of that. But little by little, day by day, I start to see a bit of that board carried over here. I'm quite sure there are other boards on the net where those things are meant to be discussed. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I was under the assumption that since this board was titled CHIEFSplanet.com, that the threads would be about the CHIEFS... The nerve of me for thinking something so crazy...
10-08-2000, 09:18 PM
Chiefs2034 - Actually, this board was created to allow ALL people to voice their opinions on any subject (barring pornographic or threatening behavior). If you dont like a topic pass over it.
Paula Jones nude.... just another reason to pass on pornography once more.
10-08-2000, 09:19 PM
The Republicans have never said that.
The Libs HAVE accused the repubs of saying that though...
now you're believing your own propaganda...
10-08-2000, 09:20 PM
I don't like her. Never liked her. If she wants to pose nude over a barrel of spent uranium from a nuclear reactor, I wouldn't care...
10-08-2000, 09:27 PM
well excuse me.... I guess I was put in my place...
10-08-2000, 09:30 PM
2034 - Dante make him home for a visit with the week off? He had to be pretty happy after that last game.
10-08-2000, 09:34 PM
Yeah, he's here. Whethere he was happy or not about the game.. I dont know.. we dont talk about football at all.,
10-08-2000, 09:47 PM
2034 - I will have to knock it into my head that you don't talk about football. That is just hard for me to imagine. I was just so happy that he played so well, I know he has faith in his ability to do it.
10-08-2000, 09:54 PM
Football consumes so much of his time that it's like he eats, sleeps and breathes it. So when he has time to be with his friends and family, he just wants to live a normal life for a change. The last time we really talked about football was during training camp. He's told me a few things, that I wish I could share because I think you all would find it interesting, but it's just not my place. But you'll find out in due time. (around the end of the season.)I gotta go for now. He'll be over tonight, so maybe I can get him to come on here for a few min. I dunno.

I've about HAD it. Perjury is Perjury and lies are lies. Why in the world would anyone pay someone off if they had such a flimsy case as PJ. It's because it wasn't so flimsy. HE obstructed justice. HE perjured himself and as a result conspired with others to deny her rights as guaranteed under the law. It doesn't matter whether she could have proved her case, due process was denied her. BTW, impeachment procedings against the president were for perjury, conspiracy and obstruction.
Pam, your are from AR right? You wouldn't be from around Mena would you? Pam, what would you do if your boss dropped trou' on you hmmmmm? I guess if he was from AR nothing was meant by it right?
10-09-2000, 07:13 AM
Sorry 2034 about the post. Where I work, people got to jail for uttering the phrase "Judges Suck", let alone this sordid mess. I'm very tired of the "SEX, SEX, SEX" defense line used by the Clinton apologists to obscure the fact that it's always been "LIES, LIES, and more LIES". I guess we'll have to hear this for the next 50 years as his defense, I can't wait.
10-09-2000, 07:57 AM
I don't think anyone is trying to ignore you... it's just that many of us don't agree with you. http://www.ChiefsPlanet.com/ubb/biggrin.gif
The general consensus is that no one is forcing you to click on the topic or read the thread, and many of us enjoy hearing/debating other subjects with our Chiefs friends; it makes for a fuller perception of you fellow fans.
here's to hoping you can see the logic in that...
10-09-2000, 09:28 AM
I "live" in Arkansas...I am FROM Kansas.
If my boss did that to me, yes I would blow the whistle...However If I encouraged it then cried fowl when I was tossed aside, then I would not be so vocal.
10-09-2000, 09:30 AM
What ever happened to the time in which people handled something like that with a slap in the face? This is what should have been done at the time that it happened. Then someone would have been able to see that something happened and then there would have been more proof other than [b["he said, she said"[/b].

10-09-2000, 09:33 AM
Penthouse? This ought to be interesting. I realize I'm posting with the moral do gooders gaurding this topic like like a top secret spy mission. But I'm all for nudity. White trailer trash or not. Public embarrasment or not. I say if she wants to pose nude. Let her.
Not always in that order.

Sorry Pam, my wife was kidnapped and forced to go to AR (by her parents) when she was 13. She escaped when she graduated HighSchool, so I understand the distinction.
I doubt she encouraged it. The Arkansas highway patrol was sent out by BC on a bimbo hunt. She was a state employee, summoned to the governors suite by a law enforcement officer under his command. Same situation that got Mike Tyson sent to jail (woman in his room after hours, alleged sexual harrasment). We can all argue about what she thought was going to happen, but the point is he has a pattern of behavior with people that are under his supervision (employer-employee).
As to the media coverage and coming forward. That was a result of a report in the national media based on a Highway Patrolmans sworn testimony naming her.
Then BC sends out Carville, Blumenthal et al with comments like "drag a $100 bill through a trailer park and it's amazing what will come out" and "trailer trash". At that point she came forward.
If she wants to get money from being publicly nude then go for it. I won't buy it, but then I'm not paying her for the story either.

i couldnt care less about who agrees and who doesnt. but everyone else states opinions and i was just stating mine.
10-09-2000, 11:08 AM
Whatever happened to all those people who buy Penthouse just for the articles?! http://www.ChiefsPlanet.com/ubb/tongue.gif
10-09-2000, 11:23 AM
Ok, guys and gals help me out. The details have gotten a little fuzzy. Was the testimony that BC gave under oath part of a case where he was the defendant and could have exercised his rights under the 5th Amendment?
10-09-2000, 11:30 AM
It was all wack cause the Special Investigator was supposed to be investigating "White Water" and suspicious land deals...He could not get that so he switched to sex deals
I am not condoning BC but the amount of money spent to concentrate on a sex life that I could care less about should have been spent on Education or insurance bills.

The independant counsel (Ken Starr), appointed by the justice department (under the direction of Janet Reno), has been under the direction and supervision of a 3 judge panel as to what could be and could not be investigated. There has never been any sanction by that panel against the OIC as to investigation into a unauthorized area.
Secondly, BC's testitmony included a false deposition submitted by attorney Bob Bennett to the federal court (later recanted by Bob Bennett) within the Paula Jones case. After the independant counsel submitted his report to congress, and after reviewing the testimony, physical evidence and BC's admission, the court ruled that he did give false and misleading testimony in a federal case, and was fined $90,000. In addition, legal procedings stemming from the court finding triggered a disbarrment action from the Arkansas Bar association versus BC.
If memory serves, Paula Jones's attorneys brought up Monica and that is what pushed the rock off the cliff.
Funny thing about this is that the federal case versus BC was thrown out because the federal statue did not apply. That did not stop the civil action however.

While I often ponder the list of women whom I'd like to see naked, She has never been on the list...Ol' hose nose just doesn't do it....I'd rather see the Jenny Craig Blimp...I mean Monica...i hear Big is beautiful...
Beauty is only skin deep, but UGLY is to the bone...

How about Linda Tripp naked? I heard that one of those conservative groups that fund dirt-digging against the Clintons paid for her to have plastic surgery. Like maybe if she didn't look like a cow with a horse's face, people would overlook her despicable lack of character. Those conservative groups seem to have unlimited funds for dirt-digging. Maybe they paid the doctor enough to make Linda Tripp a real babe. The back-stabbing bugger has already shown that she has no morals, I'm sure she'd get naked for money....
