With Parcels expectant canning of Cameron should/will we pick him up for OC?

If we can get him? Absolutely.

I didn't know it was expectant, but if so, yes.

We should snatch him up, snatch.

Rumors are he wants to snag Crennel from the browns.

Herm: "He'd be fine for the Arena League, but the Chiefs play in the NFL."

Seriously, there is not a prayer of Herm adding him to our staff.

Better bring Derek Anderson with him as well then.

Agreed, Herm's Offensive style is a complete opposite from that of Cameron, despite the fact that they use "the same offense".

Herm already has Mike Shula on tap to be the next offensive coordinator after Slowlari is shit-canned.

Cameron.... Maybe it's not Herm's call?

Without a doubt the Chiefs should bring Cam in if possible. Then there should be a rule barring Herm from ever speaking to him.

We'll be lucky if it isn't Dick f'n Curl.

I would think Herm would have trouble getting competent coaches. Who wants to play Herm ball?

It's looking like Detroit is going to can Martz. And there have been rumors about Saunders' job all year.

If Clark really cared, he'd hire Cameron *and* Martz **and** Saunders and have THE GREATEST OFFENSE EVER WITNESSED BY THE HUMAN EYE.

Cameron for OC

Martz for QB coach

Saunders for WR coach

Edwards and Martz co-existing on the same field sunday
was a miracle in it's own right

Maybe Carl will do like what's his nuts in Indy and tell Herm that he is not allowed to touch the offense and hire either Martz or Cameron to coach the O.

Mike Martz is pretty good with QB's.

Cameron would be fine by me, i think the intense heat on Herm might persuade him to loosen up the O a bit.

No way in HELL!!! do i want Martz here as OC, i know he's great at implementing pass schemes, evaluating & teaching QB's etc...but he couldnt spell balance if you spotted him the BAL & the NCE.

Was it Cameron or the players he had to work with
it took the Chargers a few games to recover
but seem to be back to old form on offense

You want match-ups. Martz has shown that he will run the ball when it is a higher payoff than the pass and vice versa.

Martz has shown, time & again, that his ego rules the roost & that he will chuck the ball despite overwhelming evidence that running is what is called for.

Despite the good that he's done in Detroit, they are still considering letting him go...whats that tell you???

He let Kevin Jones mostly rot this year, despite the fact that the guy ran his ass of when given the chance.

No, i want balance.

Lots of guys get in over their heads when asked to run an entire team.

He'd be fine focused in at OC IMO.

He had the #1 offense with Marty as head coach and Philip Rivers at quarterback. I'd say he's quite a bit better than Norv Turner. When that same offense was turned over to Norv Turner this year, using the same system, they regressed. People love to hype on Norv but he's too predictable IMO.
