Texas is trying to choke at home against Wisconsin right now on ESPN 2.

Rick Barnes is consistently one of the worst coaches out there.
There's no way Wisconsin should be in this game.

Games today:

Wisconsin at (7) Texas 11:00 AM

San Diego at Kentucky (NR) 1:00 PM

Tennessee (11) at Gonzaga 3:00 PM

Oklahoma at (23) West Virginia 5:00 PM

Pittsburgh (6) at Dayton 7:00 PM

Yale at (3) :KU: 8:00 PM

Arizona (17) at Memphis (2) 9:00 PM

Missed this:

Spurs Sign Keith Langford

NEW YORK, NY, Dec. 28, 2007: The San Antonio Spurs today signed Keith Langford who had been playing with the team?s NBA Development League affiliate Austin Toros.

In nine games with the D-League team this season the 6-4 guard was averaging 23.2 points while shooting .530 from the field. He also grabbed 6.3 rebounds and dished out 3.4 assists per game.

Langford, who played four years at Kansas, had one other stint in the D-League, with Fort Worth in 2005-06. In 46 regular season games he averaged 11.5 points, and in two postseason games he scored 25 points a game and grabbed six rebounds as the Flyers were defeated in the Finals by the Albuquerque Thunderbirds.

Langford is the second player in the past two days that the Spurs have signed from the Toros. On Dec. 26 the defending NBA champs acquired forward Marcus Williams, a former second-round selection by the Spurs in the 2007 NBA Draft. Williams also played nine games with the Toros and was averaging 18.1 points per game.

Go Valpo.

Go Zona.

That AZ/Memphis game ought to be a pretty damn good one.

They played us really tough, I'm sure they'll give Memphis a considerable run for their money.

That's just sad. In Rupp arena and everything.

You can't lay it on Billy yet though. With his defensive schemes he really needs his guys in there to buy into it. Kentucky never seemedlike a max effort team when Tubby was there and I bet the vets were used to it.

Anybody having a problem getting the Yale vs KU game in on Time Warner? I tried all receivers in my house, and channel 8 is not working. I just get a screen of black while all the other channels work. What the hell

Being both a Kansas and Memphis fan, I have double hate in my heart for Huggins.

Believe it or not, the Memphis fans had it in for him a lot more than KU fans. I was at a game where the students tore him apart in effigy in the stands.

there.Rick Barnes is consistently one of the worst coaches out there.

The guy has won 72% of the games he's coached. Has two Sweet 16's 1 EE and 1 FF in 9 years at Texas. That's pretty good. He's a damn good coach and a great recruiter, imo.

I went to the KSU game today, 4 star recruit Dominique Sutton made his debut. Looked pretty good, 6-5 athletic f/g combo. Scored 10 points in a couple minutes, although it was against the scrubs of a scrub team.

Arizona had every excuse to fold and lose by a huge margin, but they never gave up. They're going to be a force in the Pac-10 this year.
