Carl was still here under a CEO basisi only, he handles the business side of the chiefs, and we hired a GM.

That'd be fine with me, say what you want about his ability to judge talent, but he definetely is a shrewd businessman.

I would prefer he be completely gone. Clark Hunt needs to do what JIm Irsay did the season after Robert Irsay died. Clean house from top to bottom. And get involved in the day to day running of the club.

I think that would be fine. I just want Carl to quit picking the coaches- he sucks at it.

I'd care because his fingerprints would likely still be all over everything, his ego is to big. We'd have some figurehead that Carl would be telling what to do.

Hes been here 10 years too long.

He would still be pulling the strings. Kuharich(sp?) would be his puppet.

Time for a complete house cleaning.

I wonder if the Hunts have any balls at all - I am beginning to think not. Inherited money - it is usually the entrepreneur that has the balls - not the rich kids.

I want Carl to stay on with the team, but demoted down to peanut vendor like the GM in Rookie of the Year.

That or he can clean stadium toilets with his tongue.

Clark is the 3rd generation, which is typically the generation that blows it.

Bull crap. If he were such a shrewd businessman, he'd have realized years ago that his "real fans" numbers were shrinking because they had tired of his mediocre act, and his mediocre teams. A smart businessman would have realized many years ago that he should remove himself from the personell aspect of the organization, as he couldn't get the job done in almost 2 decades.

Had he done that, he could have stayed on as Pres/CEO, but at this point, he has done too much damage to the franchise to deserve that. In short, he's ****ed up the organziation in deference to his own ego and desires. I hope he leaves our city and never returns. The fact he hasn't, tells me he's not very astute at all.

Clark could have the best of both worlds if he would restructure the FO. Get rid of Carl and shoot him if he comes within 100 ft of the building.

Thum could handle all of the business as president. He would do just as well lining the family's pockets as carl did without the ego and much easier to deal with for the fans and media.

Choose one of the many hot names around the league to come in and be GM in charge of all football matters.

That would be to easy though.

Carl has pictures. That's the only logical explanation.

Thum has been there since '82 in accounting and basically asst. GM since 84

Thum is the business brains of the organization. He is the one who does all the contract negoiations, salary cap, and the business side of the game.

With Rex Ryan fired from Baltimore, I would love for him to be the D coordinator for the chiefs.

And If Cam Cameron is fired from Miami he would be a great O coordinator.

bingo!
