I hate HP customer support. Damn companies and their outsourcing of American jobs. Just wasted nearly an hour of my day before I got to someone that could actually understand English and knew what the word Supervisor meant. For whatever reason, they seem to think Supervisor means Service Technician. So I started stating Manager, was given a Service Technician. Person in charge, Service Technician.

I finally got this nice lady in Canada who got me to a man in Canada who did the best he could to help me and offered a sincere apology for each individual frustration. He listened to all my grievances and actually seemed to care.

Very good at his job. It is too bad the good ones get promoted to make room for the horrible ones.
