Please keep in mind I am not exactly a wiz at computers.

I had a virus/spyware attack earlier this month and ever since whenever I click on my Zune icon it says "Can't connect to Zune marketplace. Make sure no other instances of the Zune software are running, then try again." Problem is there isn't one running.

So then I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but whenever I try to do this it says "This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator." How do I change this?

Any help would be awesome.

Go to www.trendmicro.com and run their free virus cleaner just to make certain you have removed the virus first.

Download a free version of Kaspersky instead of Trend. It has much higher detection rates.
