One is a freshman, and the other is more athletic and a better defender than anyone gives him credit for. The problem is that there are better post players on the team, and those better players are just really good.

I was trying to bait CoMoChief to post some most hatred towards Kaun.

Sorry, I don't usually post sarcasm smilies in all my posts.

The Jayhawks look impressive today. This is a team that could go all the way, especially since Rush is coming along nicely from his injury and Collins should be back into form soon enough.

What a year for KU. :)

The guards are playing like shit. Has nothing to do with Kaun. Keep Kaun benched until Jackson/Arthur need a break.

No, I'm fine with Sasha. Like I said numerous times last year, he doesn't need to be dominant to work well in this offense-- just a presence.

Agreed. If we can get this level of play from out front court consistently, then we are gonna be very tough to beat. We saw today what a motivated Arthur can do when the other team starts talking smack.

The depth of this team is something that is going to really help us on down the road. I've felt all along that Memphis is slightly better than us but if we can continue to play smothering D and rebound like today, it will be a fun season.

Kaun hasn't done shit. Still does the same shit he has been doing since he was a freshman.

Jackson clearly is the better player and should start the rest of the season.

Today I think was a breakout game for him. Hes gonna get better. A lot better I think. He's already better than Kaun in every facet of the game.

If presence means just being on the court, then a lot of guys could qualify as that. Like Eric Chenowith, Kevin Young, Jeffrey Ferguson, or Jason Bennett.

Yeah, that's because they've forced more turnovers than ever before -- turnovers = transition = running.

That is true but I'm more talking about getting the ball to an outlet and running down court after a def. rebound. Or after a score they get it and go.
