Anyone have any nice Fax layouts?

I have been put in charge of finding a new design for the Company FAX paper/header, anyone have any templets or any good designs? Any help would be appreciated.

Here is a suggestion. Get rid of faxes. Email is faster and costs less.

It's a sad commentary on what this place has done to me that it was my first thought. :)

I agree with you, but a lot of the stuff we do, require a fax. We do a lot of work for the state, and after the job is finished we fax them a copy of the original Bill and then they send us a PO#, and the pick up their vehicle.

I had the planet's own zepsinger create a logo and letter head this week. He was reasonable and it looked good.

I downloaded some awhile back from the Microsoft website. You can search "Fax cover sheets" and you should get some good results.
