For those of you wishing to support the <a href="http://www.37forever.org">37 Forever Foundation</a>, there are now 2 t-shirts available for immediate purchase.

The first shirt is an updated version of the old "Property of" ash grey t-shirt.

The second is the classic version of the "Property of" shirt.

Both shirts are Hanes 100% cotton "Beefy T," so you know they'll wash and wear reliably for years.

You can see details and purchase them <a href="http://www.BobDoleRadio.com/37foreverstore.html">here</a>, and view larger versions of the graphics <a href="http://www.cafepress.com/cp/store/productdetail.aspx?prodno=1332451&zoom=yes">here</a> and <a href="http://www.cafepress.com/cp/store/productdetail.aspx?prodno=1332933&zoom=yes">here</a>.

All proceeds from sales go to support the Foundation.

  Dole......
Are we going to have more colors or with our Logo hand in hand on one?

Bob Dole
08-02-2001, 03:47 PM
There should be more shirts and hats, mugs and mousepads in the near future. Bob Dole just created those 2 for Bob Dole and got permission to make them available to everyone else. (You really should buy one of everything...)

Bob Dole was going to add the Foundation logo on the back, but has been out of town all week and hasn't had a chance and wanted to get the things out there. Bob Dole has another design in mind and hopes to have time to get it put together tomorrow, as well.

08-02-2001, 03:49 PM
I just ordered mine.

Planning to wear it proudly.

08-02-2001, 04:19 PM
Hey Bob,

Do you know how these sizes run? I'm a big lard *** and normally take a 2X but sometimes these things run small. Any advice you can give would be greatly appreciated.

08-02-2001, 04:29 PM
I ordered mine yesterday during lunch then came home last night to find an e-mail telling me that my order had already been shipped.

Great job Senator

Bob Dole hasn't received his yet, but the Hanes Beefy T's Bob Dole has are all full cut (and don't seem to shrink much). Bob Dole isn't sure what qualifies as a "big lard a**," but Bob Dole is 6'2", 230 and an XL fits fine.

08-02-2001, 04:57 PM
Thanks Bob,

By the way, 6ft and 255 lbs qualifies as a big lard ***. LOL

Personally, Bob Dole prefers to be referred to as a "giant tub of goo."

(STF up, Packard and Kloster.)

08-02-2001, 08:44 PM
Just bought mine...Hope XL "Beefy"will fit my 205LB's after a good warm wash and tumble dry

08-03-2001, 05:04 AM
Just wanted to keep this post on top for a little while longer. Old Geezer hoping XL will fit his 230 lb. exoskeleton also. :D

How about an XS (Extra skinny)? ;)

Actually, today is payday, so it looks like I'll order this weekend (assuming my computer at home works).

~~Likes for a shirt to look like a shirt ... not a dress.

08-03-2001, 08:17 AM
Anyone, ANYONE who can wear a size XS, can kiss my exceedingly-ample butt.

Suspects some bitterness might have crept in to this post.

08-03-2001, 08:30 AM
Done Deal! One XL headed to the Big Sky Country.

Nice work Bob.

Rod -
a little Leary to admit he is ordering a medium. The wide-body goo patrol, might pelt him with greasy chicken and Rib bones.

08-03-2001, 08:41 AM
Do you ship to Spain?

Actually I'll tell my family about it and see if they can snag me one for when I get back....

~~Thin to a fault.

Bob Dole
08-03-2001, 09:27 AM
Shipping to Spain is $15.00 for the first item and $3.50 for each additional item.

08-03-2001, 09:37 AM
I'm with Gaz on this one.

:p :D

Bob Dole
08-03-2001, 09:46 AM
You guys aren't thin, you're scrawny.

08-03-2001, 09:47 AM
You tell 'em Senator! :D

08-03-2001, 09:51 AM
I'm 6'1" 170lbs,how much do you guys eat and drink? :D

08-03-2001, 10:19 AM
How do I go about purchasing one?

08-03-2001, 10:20 AM
Never mind....I just need to LEARN HOW TO READ!

08-03-2001, 10:57 AM
Ladies and Gentelmen (and members of this BB). :D

I ordered my shirt Wednesday afternoon and I received it in the mail this morning!!!!!!!! The US Post Office can do some things right. The X-Large fits my 6', 232 lb. stocky (larda** sounds so tacky) body quite nicely, although I will be careful not to shrink it too much.

Great looking shirt Senator! I chose the one with the large yellow 37 numerals.

08-05-2001, 11:54 AM
Bob Dole:

Please e-mail me or post here updates on funds generated from these T-shirt sales.

Does it only come in gray or is there a few more colors (ex. white) available for it?

"37 Forever"

Bob Dole
08-05-2001, 12:24 PM
Bob Dole only created a gray version, since the old "Property of" shirts were usually gray. It wouldn't be a problem to create a white version if there's interest.

Funds generated reports will only be available monthly because margin varies with volume.

08-05-2001, 12:27 PM
I would like to see white in one or both..;)

Bob Dole
08-05-2001, 12:29 PM
Good enough.

Will be available in less than 5 minutes.

08-05-2001, 12:32 PM
 Bob Dole.....
Tommykat is thinking you owe me a free one with all the things I have gotten signed for the auction though. HUM, what do you think?;)

08-05-2001, 12:50 PM
Just got mine...Very cool.

Bob Dole
08-05-2001, 12:51 PM
Oh suuuuure. Everybody wants a freebie.

There are now white versions of both shirts and tank tops available <a href="http://www.cafepress.com/37forever">here</a> and <a href="http://www.cafepress.com/37foreverii">here</a>.

08-05-2001, 12:55 PM
I buy one and then you offer more colors...conspiracy for a great cause....

08-05-2001, 01:43 PM
Being a part of the 37 Forever Foundation, I feel obligated to fore-warn that although the phrase “tank top” is synonymous with “muscle shirt” – muscles do not come with the shirt.

Sorry Gaz. :D

08-05-2001, 02:31 PM
For me a tank top shirt is kind of like bell bottom pants. I need more material at the bottom. Anyone ever see a shcmoo (sp?) from Little Abner? :D

08-05-2001, 06:30 PM

08-05-2001, 07:12 PM
You need to check your smoke signal....;)

08-05-2001, 10:55 PM
Bob Dole & Otter:

What does the back of the shirt officially say and won't it change with the developments in the works for this week?

Bob Dole
08-06-2001, 05:04 AM
I just checked them, kat. Was there supposed to be one from you?

Adam: The back says www.37forever.org, and no...it won't change.

Gracie Dean
08-06-2001, 07:14 AM
Hey Dole,

What are the prices and sizes? How long will they be available? I am a teacher...I get paid for the first time at the end of September...
Please save me one!

Bob Dole
08-06-2001, 07:44 AM
The prices vary a little by product, but most of the t-shirts are $20.37 plus shipping. Until the web page is updated, your best bet is to look at <a href="http://www.cafepress.com/37forever">this page</a> and <a href="http://www.cafepress.com/37foreverii">this other page</a> for details.

They will be available indefinitely, as they're produced when purchased.

Great pic of Joe! I'll have to add that somewhere ...

BTW, senator, I love the multi-colored clown wig. ;)

~~Can now explain Bob Dole's 3,ooo+ posts on the planet.

Bob Dole
08-06-2001, 01:58 PM
I finally got the 35mm slide to scan properly.

I forgot the wig thing was there (again). We had one of our esteemed faculty members refer to our department (in front of a class) as "a bunch of clowns," so we decided we'd oblige. The next time he submitted a work order, the tech showed up at his office dressed in the wig and honking the horn.

Bob Dole went to his class reunion a few weeks ago and sat down in Bob Dole's parent's living room. Bob Dole's mother had found the picture, printed it out, framed it and had it on the d@mned mantle.

Perhaps Bob Dole should remove the thing...

08-07-2001, 05:32 PM
Just got my shirt in the mail today...Nice

Bob Dole
08-07-2001, 05:44 PM
Bob Dole has been pleased with what Bob Dole has seen on the sales report, though a couple of the shirts ordered have not yet shipped.

We need to sell at least 10 more this month to maximize the Foundation's benefit...

Perhaps Bob Dole can interest someone in a <a href="http://www.cafepress.com/cp/store/productdetail.aspx?prodno=1360040&zoom=yes">tank top</a>

or a <a href="http://www.cafepress.com/cp/store/productdetail.aspx?prodno=1362133&zoom=yes">cap</a>.

08-07-2001, 05:58 PM
Otter needs to put prominent links on 37forever.org.

Bob Dole
08-07-2001, 05:59 PM
Bob Dole is working on the store page.

08-07-2001, 06:02 PM
We need a sleeveless model...I would by a bunch of those for the gym...I can't do the wife beater model however....:D

08-07-2001, 06:15 PM
Something like this style:

Bob Dole
08-07-2001, 06:33 PM
Cafepress doesn't currently have anything like that available, but Bob Dole is pretty sure the Foundation will explore other merchandise options as we become more established and have the financial resources.

08-07-2001, 10:45 PM
Hell, yeah - I'm down w/ the sleeveless model. I probably won't order a t-shirt or tank top because I just wouldn't use it since I already have the 37 replica and 37 commemorative....

08-08-2001, 04:35 AM
I have one of the 37 commemorative jerseys also, but I bought a tee-shirt because it will be more comfortable to wear in hot weather.

Old Geezer shamlessly trying to spur 37 Forever sales. :)

08-12-2001, 05:31 AM
Just wanted to get this back on top.

08-12-2001, 06:14 AM
Love the Cap...

And this one (I hope) counts as a Chiefs lid....A definite purchase here...

Upping the total to 19...:D :D
