I use a down pillow. I like a pillow that is a bit thin that I can mash to fit the position I'm sleeping in that night. I can't stand firm or full pillows, they push my head into uncomfortable positions and I get headaches.

More stone?

I got a good deal when the local tombstone makers stone carver was breaking in an apprentice. Good deal, if you don't mind your pillow reading Beluvd Huzband or Wyfe.

If you are a person that tends to sweat a bit, I wouldn't recommend one of those thereputic(sp) types that are like a thick foam. I tried one and would wake up sweating every night from it. It locks in your heat from your face and neck and would get warm enough to cause sweating, even in the winter months.

Don't know. Whatever you get from walmart I guess. Now that I think about it, I've used the same pillow for the last ten years.....

Old and flat. Flat, flat, flat. It's very difficult to duplicate my pillow because it's old and flat. Flatty, flat, flat.

Tempur-Pedic is such a scam.... it's like the Bose of the mattress business.

It's foam! And no, there is no such thing as "memory foam." It's foam. It doesn't remember anything. Just foam.

"Swedish" sleep systems.... developed by NASA.... built by Brazilian midgets... made with Japanese tools... yeah.........

My wife has one of those. I didn't know until just now how much she paid for it. Wow.

She wants me to get one of these (http://www.brookstone.com/store/product.asp?product_code=572966&cm_ven=Search&cm_cat=Google&cm_pla=Bidword&cm_ite=sona%20pillow&gclid=CNqp66mdtpECFQUalgodL0azCQ) because I snore, but they cost a fortune too.

I know a chiropractor who has had back problems his whole life and he recently got one and LOVES it. I think it depends on the person. It's not right for everyone.

I have a Select Comfort...but no sleeps on the other side. So that side collapses unless I keep pumping it up with air or I slide over and down. Anyhow I hate it...I want a Tempurpedic.

I've used those chiro neck pillows in the past, including the memory foam....but I slept my whole life practically without on because I have to sleep on my stomach...until I got pregnant. Now I sleep up right using 3 standard pillows.

I use a latex pillow. Love it.

We just recently got a latex mattress as well. I can't recommend them highly enough, especially if you have allergies. I had also been having issues with my sciatic nerve and left hip, but those have (mercifully) gone away.

I have the walmart version. It's OK. There are some softer ones that have the foam inside that I want. I can't remember what they are called though....I apologize.

Don't get a feather pillow if you have allergies.

I'd start with the cheap ones. Sometimes you can find a good one for cheap. If it sucks, its OK because it was cheap.

I 2nd the latex pillow. Awesome.

I had that same problem with the nerve pain in my left hip. That was some painful $hit. Luckily my chiro took care of me. The bad thing is, about the only way I can sleep is on my right side, with my left leg jacked up on a pillow... so that's how I jack up my hip...

I can vouch for this too. I love it. I used to work at Brookstone and got a nice discount on it.
