Nah, a paraphrase. :p She was asked what vote she could have done over again and she said authorizing Iraq. She then went on to bash Bush for how he used the authorization. She didn't want the responsibility for the events in Iraq, only for being 'fooled' by Bush.

The first half hour is the only portion worth anything, and even then, it's 90% rehash.

Clinton got hammered pretty hard, especially by Russert. Obama's lack of a record helps in situations such as these.
