7 months dieting today. I eat 8 or 9 times a day, 200 calories a meal. I'm 58 and only walk for 20 to 30 minutes a day for exercise.

Congratulations. I've recently started dieting myself. I've bumped my workouts from 20 minutes of walking to an hour a day of treadmill and elleptical machine work. I'm hoping to lose 88 x2 plus some before it's all said and done. Anywho, congratulations on your efforts and the payoff.

Congrats.

If I lost 88 lbs, I'd weigh about 50.

Wish I had that problem.

I got up to about 180 about ten years ago after my knee reconstruction.

Took that off within the first month of rehab.

Started at 330, 242 now. Still have a ways to go. It's been easy this time.
