Can't go wrong with a good chocolate french silk pie. I've been coming around to cheesecake lately, too.

And I've never been much for fruit pies. NTTIAWWT, of course.

My two favorite desserts are cheesecake and pecan pie.

I guess I'd give cheesecake a slight advantage.

What kind of pie? I really love chocolate or peanut butter pie. Plain cheesecake is probably my favorite, though.

Honestly, I don't like cake. Not a big fan of frosting. At my wedding, my groom's cake was actually a massive Chiefs Arrowhead Logo, painted and cut to shape.

Of course, I never got to have a piece of my own brownie because when our wedding party went out to lunch the next day, my fatass distant inlaws inhaled our entire wedding cake and brownie like a goddamned F9 tornado.

There are certain sacred things in a man's life you don't mess with unless you have express permission. One is his butthole. The other is his goddamned wedding brownie.

I like cake, for the most part. But those store-bought birthday cakes are nasty. Big globs of overly sweet shitty icing... blech.

A carrot cake w/ cream cheese icing is great, though.

You're all a bunch of women

The folks who think that a pie is filled with anything other than fresh fruit are the women in this bunch.

Chocolate pie? Any pudding-like pie? Please. Get it the hell out of my kitchen. I wouldn't serve it to an enemy.

That goes for key lime pie as well. I'll be happy to pour you a margarita, but don't ask me to spend 40 minutes making it.

Peanut butter pie is the shit. I like apple, cherry, and peach pie as much as the next guy, but I'd always choose a cheesecake, chocolate creme, pumpkin, or peanut butter, over any fruit pie.

Is a Boston Creme pie actually a cake?

It is really a cake, not a pie. Two layers of sponge cake are filled with thick vanilla custard and topped with a chocolate glaze or a sprinkling of confectioners' sugar. It is cut in wedges like a pie. Yum!:)

What's next, are we going to start a thread about how we all wish we could eat an entire jar of pickles and not get fat?

I'm not big on dessert either, but I like spice cake (which I suspect is a lot like carrot cake) with cream cheese icing or cheesecake with strawberries on top.
