A good linebacker would've leveled him. He needs to stick with basketball.

You don't really see exactly how good the move is until they show the replay.

I saw a play similar to this in the womens tournament. The little juke step followed by the power layup...not worth it's own highlight..

I don't remember where I saw this but it was funny. During a womens game the ball got stuck between the glass and rim. Instead of someone jumping up and swatting it loose they had to get a cheerleader to stand on a male cheerleader's shoulders to get it down.

You get a double. 1 for watching womens basketball. 1 for not appreciating the broken ankles.

Man that defender bit HARD on that pick.Reminds me of the Ian Gold bite, off an LJ juke on Thanksgiving 2006.

Kid makes a great play and doesn't pound his chest with self admiration. That's my kind of player.

I don't dispute that he's the man, but that looked like pretty shitty defense.

Womenís basketball would have been more exciting than watching the Tigers play this season. If you have seen any of my previous posts about womens basketball you would know I donít really watch the stuff. It was just a figure of speech to say the move wasnít that impressive. I watched it again and again but still couldnít see what was so special. Which move was supposed to impress me the first defender working around the pick or the center in the lane that just stands there and watches a routine layup? Where is this ankle breaker you all speak of?

I usually get sick of Jim Rome but one day I heard him say something that made me literally fall over laughing. I can't quote him exactly but it went something like this, "If you like traveling, fouling, missed lay-ups and general chaos on the court then women's basketball is for you."

He ball juked toward the defender while dribbling and then crossed back quickly and charged in to the hoop. A subtle move but not an easy one to execute.

Yesterday is the first time I've seen women's basketball since I was in the pep band in HS. I was over at grandpa's and he pretty much will watch anything sports related. We watched Nebraska girls play...and all I can say is Jim Rome is correct. I mean, it was horrendous. I'm not even a big basketball fan, and I could tell it was some shitty basketball...

Reminded me of that Ty Edney play.
