We have decided to punt on first down to save the chance of any negative plays and Gailey has been fired to save money for a statue of Carl Peterson in the new club level.

It's going to be extremely unimportant and likely not even football related. Don't waste your time thinking about it.

Sorry misread the time of the press conference. Thought that it was supposed to be around 9 am sometime. It's supposed to be around 2:30pm. I'll check back later.

Herm's dumping Croyle so he can get Pacman Jones. He says Pacman has as good of chance of being a starting QB as Croyle and if anyone tries to sack him, he'll "pull out his 9 and bus a cap up in they ass".

I changed my lunch today just so I could hear the presser.
And when 2:30pm came around there was no break-in to regular programming.

Though I think this is the news:

Herm's big announcement:

"I don't go to Church's, I never have and never will, I don't believe in that stuff. Popeye's is the only chicken I'll eat"

So let's not hire a LB coach ? Gun can do both ?

Hays
03-24-2008, 02:37 PM
Well i guess next time they have an announcement i won't anticipate anything coming out of it.

What a waste of even telling people last week they had something to say.

RustShack

I think Herm will be HC/DC/DB coach, while Gun is DC/LB coach. I think LB's is what Gun is best at anyways though.

Where did they EVER say "major" announcement? It's hilarious watching people get themselves all worked up because of a blurb on KFFL.

Ok so major was over the top but why even say your making an announcement for something of so insignificance?

This is not news worthy. They just want the press and fans to think they are doing something when nothing is there.

Hey, Gun helped mentor Edwards and Keith Bullock into pro-bowl type LB's. Maybe this will light a fire under a few butts. Including Guns...

In other words, one less salary to be paid out for the coaching staff.

Clark must be considering changing his last name to Bidwell.

Chiefs: Herm to play in 2008!
Chiefs head coach Herman Edwards annouced today that the Chiefs do not need to worry about filling Ty Law's spot at CB. Edwards, who has NFL experience, plans to play CB opposite Patrick Surtain for the Chiefs in 2008.

Did you know that Herm was once a player?

Did you know Herm played in the NFL?

Herm was once defensive back in the NFL, did anybody realize that?

Herm played in the NFL, he knows what it's like!

Herm knows what those players are going through....

ROFL

We should have a ticker for each time he reminds us of that......
