View Full Version : Life Video of my baby's birth and...I PASS OUT

I've had this video for several years, and finally decided to post it after our friend just had a son and everyone gets a kick out of it.
We had a scheduled C-section. It was our first child and I was filming the birth sitting up near my wife's head. Just as they were bringing our baby out, I looked over the "dividing sheet" and couldn't take what I saw. Luckily I held on long enough to get the birth, but then I went down like a tree in the forest.

BLOOD WARNING: VIDEO SHOWS BABY BEING REMOVED VIA C-SECTION. It's only about as graphic as a Discovery Channel show. Should be SFW.

ROFL

My brother's description of his wife's C-section just prior to me going in to watch my wife's:

"It's just like gutting a deer."

I love the fact that one of the docs seemed to just walk right past you.

"Happens all the time."

I admit, when the doc who delivered my boy, looked up at me and said, "Hey, Donger!" and I turned around and he had the placenta in a bowl, I nearly lost it.

That's hilarious. You're obviously still a little out of it when you're sitting in time out by the door. LMAO

LOL... cool vid. RFLMAO.... when my youngest son Jonathan was born via c section I was up at my wife’s shoulders and they had a green barrier in front of where they did the incision so you couldn't see anything, But right after they cut the umbilical cord they had me come around to the foot of the bed to hold the baby and bring it over to be weighed and cleaned. I'm holding the baby and look back at my wife and there it was... I never wanted to see inside her “I’ll love you to your core, but I don’t want to friggen se it!” kind of thing. The placenta was all sitting off to the side. I almost dropped the kid. YIKES!

Seeing your first kid being born is the most amazing thing ever. You get this rush of love overflowing you, and then you pass out on the floor. Its amazing.

For a woman laying there sawed open on an operating table, your wife is looking pretty hot. :thumb:

Damn. My daughter was a preemie at barely 3 lbs.

Great vid, Tiny. Your wife bore that like a champ. You guys must have good drugs out there. :)

You guys must be tripping out ? HA HA, I was, that was great. I watched III being born c-section, my wife was terrified, your wife was a real trooper, calm and all.

And here in this we have Tiny Evil, in the other corner we have Elizabeth, Oh, a quick right hook to the head, Down Goes Tiny, Down Goes Tiny.

Congrats on the arrival........

That's what happens when you know when the baby's coming. She's never been in labor. She never had to put on the " Asian demon face"

Man a C section is way less disturbing than vaginal birth, I in no way shape or form want to see that ever again.
