Twice on the leg, where there are two prominent blue/purple marks, and across the back. He grabbed the bat away from me and now I'm hiding in my bedroom.

What are my next proper moves?

He said he challenges you to a duel. Meet him in the backyard at noon tomorrow. Bring your flintlock pistol.

If you're hiding in your bedroom, then obviously you're scared of him. I'd suggest apologizing and trying to make peace. Otherwise, he's going to sharpen your head and drive you straight into the ground.

I got hit in the head with an aluminium baseball bat.

That's when I developed my Yorkshire accent.

What the hell did he do to deserve getting hit by his brother with a baseball bat!? If my brother ever hit me with a bat, I'd have tackled him and beat him MMA style for a good 1/2 an hour.

Nobody can piss me off as much as Mitch can. Nobody can even come close. In fact, I've never hit anybody else except my brother. And believe me, he ALWAYS had it coming.

Beg for forgiveness. Start by sending him lots of emails/pm's. Promise to seek therapy.
