How the hell can the GM for the Colts call this surgery "routine"? If it was routine, I would had perferred Peyton to do the surgery well before July.

Something doesn't quite add up here....

Is this no big deal like Harrison's no big deal from last season, which did a number on my fantasy team?

Their trying to screw with the Vegas line and lay a huge bet down on the Colts at the last minute. Then Peyton will run on the field and win the game.

I got nothing.

What a brilliant plan by Peyton Manning to get out of training camp.

I can't believe they let it go this long. That is what the off season is for and now he might not be ready for the opener. Dumb move on the Colts part.

idc, Jacksonville will take over the AFC South this year. I have a feeling that Indy is going to have a down year...possibly 10-6 if you call that "down"

Speaking of Marvin Harrison, whatever happened to him shooting that guy?

Harrison didnt shoot anybody...it was a shooting that happened at a bar owned by Harrison, Harrison was just being questioned. He didnt do anything wrong.

Nice. Now Brodie Croyle can rightfully assume his crown as "Best QB in the AFC!"

The case is still being investigated, at least it was in mid-June, but it would be incorrect to claim that Harrison, at the very least, isn't in a sticky situation.

From ESPN (http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/news/story?id=3447145):

"About two weeks later, police investigators determined through ballistic tests that six of the bullet casings found near the shooting on April 29 came from a high-powered handgun that Harrison surrendered to police. Detectives are still trying to piece together enough evidence to determine who fired the gun."
