Damn, now youve gotten me curious, and for some reason I'm feeling OCD (and bored) enough to look back and compile some stats. brb

alnorth record and stats as of 7/18/08
Games: 27
Record: 8-19 = .296
If the Royals had that winning pct this year, they would be 29-68 today.
Record on days when I do not make a thread: 35-35 = .500
Record vs:
ALE: 0-5
ALC: 2-4
ALW: 3-6
NL: 3-4
RS: 109 RA: 156
pyth% = .411 (this means that with a .296 winning percent and a .411 pyth%, the Royals have been very unlucky during those 27 games)
KCIP: 236
KCAB: 915
KCH: 219
OppIP: 240
OppAB: 931
OppH: 265
KC ERA: 5.95
KC AVG: .239
Opp ERA: 4.09
Opp AVG: .285

Interesting, Teahen leads off today, DeJesus bats third.
I'm not sure about Teahen batting leadoff--I'd like to see him in the 2 hole, to be honest. But getting him in a spot that doesn't ask him to be a power hitter is a smart move. Hit line drives, run the bases well, and everything is cool.
No Guillen again. Dang it.

Hillman said yesterday he had a stiff back.
I'm just stirring shit; Guillen hasn't caught vaginitis like Juan did. Yet.

He needs to wear one from the Royals before the end of the year. If not, KC pitching staff has no balls.

Don't ask. They might go away if people ask too many questions.
I wonder if Hillman regrets starting Greinke yesterday instead of going with Meche?
