View Full Version : Elections What does Jake really think of a McCain/Romney ticket?

Don't even bother voting for McCain, even if he's the nominee, he won't get 40% in the general election.

I think you will soon learn that Romney is about as fake as they come... McCain ripped into him good last night... "atleast I don't change my position on even years or change my position on depending on what office I run for..."

Romney talks well, that is it. He will not get my vote in any election.

Hell, I could on days about this guy... I can't stand Mitt... FAKE

I very much dislike Romney.

ROMNEY IS SO FAKE

Rudy and Huckabee won the debate.... I don't think anyone did that bad... McCain is old, Romney is fake, the rest aren't worth talking about...

Don't you mean the 6 before it?Actually, although I don't love Clinton, he had the economy in great shape, there was NO DEFICIT. I don't agree with some of his policies, but he looks like Einstein compared to W.

I would think he would learn from his mistakes and become less of a bland zealot and more reserved.

It's not really about dignity, it's about earning enough pro-Republican cred with enough right-wing, Hot Air worshipping friends that he gets a free ticket to a party convention in 16 years or so.

Thought I'd bring over Dirk's goldmine of jake quotes to compile them in one place.

Mitt Romney would make a terribe President. He has no true convictions. He has bought his support in Iowa, and thankfully people are starting to realize this.

Abortion, Immigration, Gun Control, Healthcare.... all major issues a President must answer in some sort of way.

He has flipped flopped on all of them.

He was pro-choice in 2005, he has illegal immigrants mowing his yard, his plan for healthcare when he was Governor is a mirror of HILLARY's current plan.

20,000,000 dollars this man has spent on trying to buy this election from his own bank account.

Huckabee, Fred, McCain would all make for better Presidents, if not Rudy.

This is the LAST person the Republicans should nominate.

Romney was a one term, tax rasing Governor. To fix healthcare, he thought mandates was the answer... WRONG....
