I love tacos, but which do you prefer? Soft or Hard Shell?

I prefer the hard shell because I like the crunch and texture it adds.

Used to love "In a Tub" tacos with shit loads of sour cream. The still have those?

I am a sucker for the Chalupas at Taco Bell

Make some pretty good ones at home.

Put some oil in a frying pan, then fry your soft shells for a bit on both sides, Amazing!

When in Collage, we used to mix crab meat and beef........It was good, I swear.

Yes, he was certainly in a zone but i was frankly surprised he chose to deviate to other foods and even another ethnicity. The empenada is really more Spanish than Mexican. Having said that, it certainly carried a high degree of rhyme difficulty and the segue from the Mediterranean empanada to the Middle Eastern intifada was brilliant. I'm just happy to be able to say I saw it live.

For the most part, I agree with you, Mr. RJ. And, since we're on the subject, it should be mentioned that Mr. Baby Lee did not follow the "I fought the law" theme which was highly disappointing. Apparently, he has an overly inflated opinion of his art and forgoes determined structure in favor of a more random, discursive form. Someone should tell him that professional poemism isn't some kind of anarchistic, desultory free-for-all, for God's sake. If he's not careful, people will begin to confuse his work with that of William Carlos Williams.

I was in Atlanta one time visiting a friend who decided to take me to one of his favorite restaurants which just so happened to feature foodstuffs a la Mexican.

Anyhow, the restaurant was in some little house and you basically ate in the living room. Apparently, the menu was comprised of recipes handed down through the same family since before those wacky Spaniards hit town and started knocking off all the Mayan peeps and stealing their scrilla. The tacos were the strangest part.

Basically it was ground beef mixed with green peas (yes, that's right, green peas) stuffed into a soft corn tortilla. Then, they used toothpicks to kind of sew the taco together at the top and deep fried the whole thing until the tortilla was crispy.

Kinda greasy, but not bad. Not bad, at all.

Ehhh, what're you gonna do? It's these kids today. What they call poetry sounds to me like a buncha monkeys hopped up on dope beating on trash cans while they try to read a dictionary. They got no respect for the classics.

Just between us, I hear Baby Lee has long hair and a goatee and smokes clove cigarettes.
