Do you think that gambling is hurting the economy? With a casino on every indian reserve and river like piece of land in the midwest area and scratcher tickets at all the gas and go's.... and hold on the big mother dog (powerball) and his friends lotto, pick 3,4, and five being pumped on the bedtime news just after the weather and before sports. ?

I have seen a few friends get in trouble with gambling. A few lost marriages and some homes lost to forecloser. When I go to the local pump and soda here in the lake area... the old ladies at the counter are to busy to wait on me half the time because they are behind the counter scratchin tickets and smokin cigs. :)

Go Chiefs!

It's an attack on the poor. Stupid behavior for people with little financial sense.

Ya know... for all my vices (and there are plenty), I'm glad that gambling isn't one of them. I can think of about a million things to do with my money that are more fun than giving it to a casino.
