At the beginning of each NFL season, the media, especially ESPN, slobber all over one NFL "underdog" to go to the Superbowl. One year it was Seattle. One year it was Arizona. Lately it has been the Dallas Cowboys. Who is it this year? Please tell me so that I can get sick of them now.

Cowboys have always been the darling nothing new. Probally the Browns I say.

I'd say the Vikings.

The gints. Since they won the Superbowl, they will be the most likely to repeat EVA!

Green Bay if the Favre saga ever ends.

I have a feeling it's the Vikings and/or the Browns ...

A couple years ago they were slobbering over the Saints. Especially when Reggie Bush and QB Drew Brees joined them. But that fizzled out quickly.

I'd say the Vikings.

As much as I hate to say so, the Vikes are looking pretty stacked in the trenches, which is certainly a good start.

The Cowboys can't be an underdog that team should be the NFC favorite.

That'd seal the "media darling" deal, for sure.

I think that was a no-brainer.

well i chose the vikings, even though i dont want to, as long as you have a kick ass def. then you really have nothing to worry about and sience allen is comfortable there then he will do his best to kick every Qb's ass

Well they will have an awesome D that's for sure. However,Jackson is still a unproven QB so we'll see. As long as he doesn't make to many mistakes, they do have a good shot in the NFC.

The Mississippi Maddens. I know most of you haven't heard of it yet but supposedly John Madden is in talks with Roger Goodell about starting a new franchise team in Brett's hometown just to watch him play one more year.

If it's the Vikings and Browns at least it'd be a team that's never won anything. LMAO

I think they fall flat this year. I could be wrong but this is unlikely. If you don't believe me, just ask me and I will tell you.
