Everyone in my family has vehicles that get 30 mpg or better. The wife and I have a Camry 30 mpg and a Prius 42-48 mpg.
How about the rest of CP members?

Hard to believe there's a woman who can stomach Programmer's demon sperm inside her without being slowly eaten inside out from the uterus.
How hard does she struggle when you let her out of her cage to copulate? Does she still try to escape, or has she properly resigned all hope?
Oh cool a thread to brag about your mileage so you can be judged on how much you do for society as a whole.

Why the hostility? I don't see anyone bragging.
For myself, I would like to have something that got more like 50 MPG or so.

I would like to have something that doesn't run on gas at all, but unfortunately we (I) don't always (ever) get what we want.

Ok. But there are actually cars that get > 50 MPG, so it's not a pie in the sky wish like you're making it out to be.

Well if you are going to put a fat girl on the back of that you will drop the mpg from 85 to 2

Gas prices would still have to rise a lot for buying a hybrid to be worth it.

Really didn't mean it to be a hostile post. I can just see this thread turning into a "you aren't doing enough" thread.
Being a family of 6, finding a vehicle that supports all of us as well as gets decent mileage for a reasonable price is nearly impossible. I hate the mileage I get but there isn't much I can do about it as the vehicles I would like to have are out of my price range or don't support 6 people.

Those are reasonable and grounded concerns. I think most people lie yourself don't have a realistic option about this right now, I'd like to see that change.

My MPV is a 7 passenger minivan that gets 20 MPG. Not great but better than most SUVs that I have noticed.

I would LOVE to see that happen as soon as possible.

I have a 2007 T&C that we were fortunate to be able to afford due to an inheritance. It only averages about 17mpg though. It was the best vehicle for the money at the time because of the sales at the time. What makes me sick is thinking about the money going out the exhaust when I drive it.

05 Buick Lacrosse it gets about 25mpg with a mixture of both highway and city. On the highway alone it probably gets around 30mpg.

As I said in the other thread, though, we burn maybe two tanks a piece a month. I'm going to try to start biking to work this year. The truck probably wasn't a wise move, but I bought it when I was doing enough remodeling to need a truck. I still use it pretty regularly, but I wouldn't mind getting something more fuel efficient and letting it sit only to use as necessary once I get it paid off.

Me I have an 02 GMC Sierra 1/2 ton. Gets around 18 MPG if I keep the tires inflated and my foot out of the gas. I fill it up about every 4 to 6 weeks
My primary transportation is 07 Harley Electra Glide Ultra . I get around 35 MPG and I fill it up about every other day.
My wife has an 07 Pontiac G6 Hard Top Convertible. I think it gets around 26 MPG.
2000 Nissan Maxima (me) - 26 MPG
2002 Subaru Outback (wife) - 24 MPG

1996 Chevy Lumina. Not sure how much. Probably 15.
I feel very lucky that I don't have to own a car. My only transportation-related expenses are a monthly subway pass ($80), and the occasional cab fare for a drunken Saturday night.
