12-23-12.

Kinda funny that it's already the shortest day of the year.

I watched Zeitgeist and it was interesting how "the Sun" died on the cross, was dead for 3 days and then rises... how they explained that astrologically.

There are stars in the sky on 12-21 of each year... the winter solstice. they make a cross like figure.

The sun stays in the same place for 3 days... thus "dying" on the cross... and rises.

if you have seen it, you know what im talking about.

What a mind ****.

Kind of weird that the 20th anniversary of that will be played in the day. Better for the Cards fans working though that way they don't have to watch it. Nothing better than a Cubs-Cards weekend. Bring it on bitches.

Yep. They only got 3 innings in. Kind of a sign that God intended for baseball to be played during the day. :D

You have saved my life, Mr. Ari Chi3fs. This thread reminded me that today is my and the beautiful and witty Mrs. FAX's anniversary. I just ran out and purchased a card and made reservations at her favorite Italian restaurant.

I owe you my life, man.

My wife forgot our anniversary 3 years ago... I pulled in the driveway, got out of my truck with a card and flowers and she came walking out to greet me. It hit her she had forgotten our anniversary and she burst into tears. I figure I'm off the hook for life now if I ever forget. :thumb:
