UPDATE: Virginia shifts back to McCain after two polls show him ahead (one +2, the other +7). McCain also grabs Florida from the toss-up column (up +6) and takes Indiana back from Obama. The same Big 10 poll that gives McCain his +4 lead in Indiana shows things extremely tight across the rust belt (including another Tie in Pennsylvania), and gives Obama one point leads in Ohio and Wisconsin and only a two point lead in Minnesota (moving that state from the toss-up category). The same poll does take Iowa from Obama's column and puts it into the toss-up category with a tie. Obama also takes a commanding lead in Colorado (up +10) in an Insider Advantage poll.

In the Battleground states McCain is up Nevada, Virginia, Florida, Indiana, Missouri, Ohio, Colorado, North Carolina, Montana, and Georgia while Obama is up in Michigan, New Hampshire, New Mexico, Ohio, Oregon, Washington, Wisconsin, and New Jersey.

It is tied in Pennsylvania and Iowa.
