All talk and no change. Yes, did you know he benefited mightily(3billion) and contributed heavily to the downfall of Freddie and Fannie? You won't read about this in the mainstream for OBVIOUS reasons. Change? yeah right! Check out who his economic advisors are and how they contributed to this financial mess as well. You wonder why he is setting back not making any specific comments on how to fix this? Because it will expose him for what he did in this whole mess. Running on "change" but performing as a "politics as usual" politician. Hypocrite!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:cuss:

We now know what "community organizing" can do for ya:eek: Thx to Mr. Kotter for his thread on the details of all of this.

Shouldn't the title be 'Obama is the Herm Edwards of Politics' or 'Obama is to Washington D.C. what Herm Edwards is to the NFL'.

You're obviously an intelligent part of the "base".

What a convincing analogy.

And so novel

Dick Vermiel's failures doesn't mean Herm Edward is the answer. Seems an appropriate analogy here.

And FTR, that's an approach -v- approach analogy. Vermiel's the present, and Herm's the future in a different direction.

It's not a 1-1 Bush-Obama analogy.

Just wanted to make that clear before the moaning.
