I'd love to see Palin take McCain's place, but honestly I'd rather Obama not comment any further on it. McCain's inflicted plenty of damage on himself already. Obama just needs to kick back. He doesn't need to pile on.

I would find it endlessly hilarious but I think he'd be best to let McCain destroy himself on this one.

I suspect you meant "secede" but I could be wrong.

I suspect you meant "secede" but I could be wrong.

My wife and I were trying to agree on how to spell it. It's called succession, so I gambled on succeed. I asssumed secede was as in "secede from the union".

I was too lazy to google it all. So I just threw it out there.

I have no doubt that what I used is probably wrong.

I guess, due to the lack of activity on this thread, no one from the McCain camp is especially keen on this idea.ROFL

This is the sort of stunt that a Republican candidate would do in a heartbeat. And they'd get away with it and get a few press cycles out of it.

It's also the sort of thing that for what ever reason, Dems don't pull because they couldn't get away with it.

Not a bad idea. He should say something in a press conference about just letting Palin fill in for him. Conservatives everywhere rejoice!!! LMAO

She would wear a low cut dress revealing mass cleavage... and the media would talk about how great she looked, and not address any of the issues.

I would think the republicans would jump at the opportunity to show how much more qualified Palin is than Obama. They keep telling us that so this would be their chance to prove it.

I say go for it!
