I watched Dubya on the address like not and i must say he actually looked pretty decent.
concise and informative with none of his normal "country bumpkin" shtick that normally makes him look like a doofus.
I liked the parts about
"normally i think businesses should be allowed to fail"
"government is the only institute with the patience to hold on to the bad debt" and "in the end the taxpayers should recover most, if not all the money spent"
not bad ...
of course, he was concentrating so hard on reading all those big words on the teleprompter i'm not sure if he understood half of what he was saying. I thought at one point his head my explode. ROFL
But still ..... he actually came across as Presidential :eek:
