Biden did this during the primary.

Needless to say it didn't do him much good.

Yeah....that's why I said earlier I didn't like that.

I figured something like this would be coming. Rare slip-up on the Obama team's part in not preventing this.

That said, it ain't gonna matter.

Independents like that NObama agrees with McCain so they will vote for NObama?

He did this because he didn't have an answer. He piggy backed Hillary's response many times. She called him on it. I bet Bill suggested this ad. ROFL

I can see that if they were targeting Indepdent/Moderate types, as they should be. It just seemed kind of unnecessary, when some of us would like to see his differences with McCain emphasized more--and I suspect we'll see that some in the next two debates.

No, independents like that Obama isn't afraid to say when he might agree with something said by an opponent. Do you understand pragmatism?

Obama's likeability is part of his appeal. Being able to show respect to people opposing him enhances that trait.

The fact that Obama treated McCain as a legitimate candidate and McCain pretended Obama didn't deserve to be on the same stage with him was noticable.

Ever consider that where there are grounds of agreement that the bigger man, the more secure man, the man willing to see further than the tip of his own nose could be seen as the one who be part of the solution of partisan politics?

Consider that in the end, the undecided, who are not in bed with a singular political philosophy would view this as a leader willing to put the BS aside and recognize a particular position as reasonable.

It's the anti-Bush.

It's a exersize in reason.

It's what the people want and what America needs.

Exept left wing anti-war radicals like Michael Moore. Obama is sounding a lot more centrist there, kind of like 4 more years of a stubborn Bush.

Yep, McCain is the Change candidate.

Disagrees with Bush on looking into Putins eyes. Disagrees with Bush on the 9/11 commissions reccomendations.
