Arkansas in play?

Just saw the September fundraising for Arkansas as printed in the paper. Pretty astonishing numbers:
McCain: 39,990
Obama: 195,100

I may be misreading something, but that's what is looks like the paper printed. Arkansas isn't a big deal as far as electoral votes, but it would be a change for my presidential vote to actually have a chance.

Its also the same factor that brought Virginia, North Carolina and West Virginia into play. People are just tired of the same Bush policies even if they aren't being promoted by Bush anymore.
