What about the 96% of Black voters who voted for Obama? Wonder what mattered more there?

Well Tex, that answer would lie in how much DIFFERENCE in blacks voting Democratic between say Clinton and Obama. It was small. Blacks feel, because of Civil Rights legislation, that Democrats are allowing them access to the American Dream.
