Brit Hume is such a partisan hack. He was leading the dirge earlier at Fox. It included a eulogy for McCain & a negative barrage for Obama. Hume suddenly looks like Eeoyre from 'Winnie the Pooh.'

What's your problem? NBC has Tom Brokenjaw - he's been campaigning for Obama for months now

You're wrong about that. Brokaw was a softie for McCain. If you even paid attention for a second you would have recognized that with ease.

And how's that different from the media treatment of Bush? From day one they threw everything they could at him.

Your dreaming. The corporate media gave Bush a free ride considering Bush's level of misconduct and incompetence. If the corporate media had actually done its job instead of cheerleading the republican agenda our country might have been spared the calamity that we are now facing.

Yes. Hume also seemed amusingly bitchy last night as he saw the tidal wave headed his way. I flipped back and forth between CNN and Fox. I rare watch either of those channels (or any other tv), but it wasn't hard to figure where things stood.

fortunately you & your ilk are now in the echo chamber where you belong. comparing Brokaw to Hume--please  I actually look forward to peeps like Stewart being able to return to non-partisan humor. The Right has so skewed reality, that the Country was dis-oriented as to where the Center actually is--thankfully, this is a modest step towards sanity.

I actually enjoyed watching Fox more than the other channels I thought their panel was good. Plus I enjoy watching them mope around. :D
It is going to be fun watching that douchebag Hannity tonight.

Apparently you haven't been paying attention, either. Brokaw was in awe of McCain's service and it showed. When doing an interview he would too often perpetuate McCain talking points as a means of challenging Obama surrogates, sometimes to the point of being unreasonable. On the other hand, he would too often allow McCain surrogates to spew their talking points unchallenged.

I did listen to Glen Beck's meltdown this morning. I think the answer to the question of whether people will give Obama a chance is "no." He was repeatedly calling Obama a racist, a liar, a socialist, etc.

I think it had more to do with already knowing the outcome so early compared to the last two elections. I'm sure it gets tough trying to act like it was up in the air who would win.

This is what I was afraid of. The only redeeming part about the looming insanity on the reactionary right is that the smears didn't work during the campaign. So as long as Obama continues to conduct himself with honor and dignity the right wing whackos will continue to discredit themselves.
I say give them the rope. RIP Rush Limbaugh.

The funniest part was when the camera was panning out into the crowd of college kids in front of the white house. Brit Hume kind of laughed at the shirtless guy that had Obama painted on his chest. The camera panned over to a guy with a sign that said "Why wait? Evict Bush now!" Brit Hume said "This man obviously doesn't represent the way most people feel". Yeah Brit that sub 30% approval rating is meaningless. ROFL

Whoa whoa whoa, slow down.
Are you telling me that broadcasters AND broadcast channels aren't completely unbiased when it comes to politics?!? Now I've heard it all.

Watching CNN is like watching a 24/7 Obama Pep Rally
