4 losses in a row takes you from a "bright future....a good QB in the upper half of the league," to a middle of the league game manager?

LMAO

What about the Giants?

The Giants aren't nearly as boring as the Titans they actually are competent on offense.

I'd like to see the Cowboys get back in this thing though and I like watching Arizona.

6th in yardage, 1st in scoring.

7th.

2-to-1 INT ratio and a 10-0 record.

By my criteria they are a mortal lock to go to the SB. Especially since they don't have Herm as their head coach.

The sad thing for me is I don't have Sunday Ticket anymore so I don't get to watch very many games except the Chiefs and the Nationally televised games. I think I have seen the Titans once or twice and the Giants about the same.

I have seen enough of Dallas to know they are a schizo team. I blame it on the Hard Knocks curse. Arizona is intriguing though I don't think they will get very far. If a team hits Warner enough he will come out crying to Brenda and then they are screwed.

The Cowboys are good as long as Romo is playing.

I'd take Thigpen over Quinn at this point. Quinn makes some very bad decisions and becomes frustrated very easily.

Yep gotta agree with that.

IMHO you have to have 3 things to win a SB:

1. You have to have a very solid - to great D.
2. You have to be able to run the ball...PERIOD.
3. Your QB has to be able to make some big time throws and not turn the ball over .

Oh and I need to add a 4th:

4. Your head coach can't be Herm Edwards

True... But here's the catch.

The starters you start out with at the beginning of the season, most likely will not be playing at the end. I'd say the most important piece to the puzzle is if a team has depth, especially in key positions. But you still need an excellent head coach and he has to be able to put together a great staff. Then everything has to click. I guess that's why it is so hard to get there.

I'll always be amazed that the Giants were able to pull it off and win a SB -- then win it with 8 rookies on the field. Some of them with little to no experience except for one or two weeks before the game. That's great coaching.

I guess the biggest shock to fans was Tyree make an amazing catch in the middle of the field.. He's not a WR. He would like to be -- but the few times Coughlin used him in the past, he dropped the ball. It was reported that Tyree practiced at WR one or two days before the SB. Coughlin has a brass set of bal##.

Tyree is an excellent special teams player --which won him a trip to the Pro Bowl. But that's about it.
