I'm 47 today. Had been feeling a little blah since the cold weather set in. Decided I needed to challenge myself today so I went out and ran five miles today in under 37 minutes.

Really picked me up mentally.

Very nice. I ran 4 miles in about the same. Course I weigh 325. Happy birthday. :toast:


Edit: I should preface that my 4 miles came on an elleptical machine. Not the same thing.
