.... after all the current problems are fixed (hopefully in your lifetime?)

I know with the economy, war and all other current difficulties we should not bother with lesser issues. But they do exist. Some of them might be considered vain and petty now. My main vanity has to do with my DVD collection, but it's a consummer pretection issue nevertheless. As you have noticed, tv shows of the past (say "Hawaii Five-O" for example) were single episode stories. As a result, I now can buy them in the DVD format and never worry about an unresolved story arc. Today's shows are predominantly arc oriented. As an example, my favorite current show is "Burn Notice." I have already bought the first season DVDs, but what if in 2 years it's cancelled? I will end up with a DVD investment that's incomplete. Not fair and quite frustrating. I really think they should pass a consumer protection law that forces the producers/networks who give us arc-type shows to make a few last episodes that would tie up loose ends, regardless of rating. Either that or a theatrical movie, ala "Firefly/Serenity." What do you think? What are some of your bones to pick?

I can't really think of anything related to wind measurement that I would request from them.

:hmmm: "health coverage",... change that around and you get "the ho cleavage."

Make your own joke.

Now back to your regular programing already in progress.

This is little OT, but concerns congress. I have been thinking of adding up all my debt and writing congress listing my debt and asking for a bailout.

I would request that Donger post more pictures in the Name That City thread, or at least answer whether or not our guesses are correct.

I had it mistyped as vane. I fixed it later.
