You can sync up all of the email accounts you listed with those email clients

Your ISP should provide you an email account, too.

I guess you have to have a premium yahoo account for this to work, the free one wont work.

Gmail allows you POP access with a basic/free account. I thought yahoo did as well, but maybe it doesn't.

Nope, but you can download a program called Ypops to go around yahoo...

I've got it working now, thanks.

with mail2web.com (there are free and not-so-free accounts) you can access it with webmail (Outlook Web Access), IMAP, POP (I think, but why would you), Exchange Activesync (w/ Directpush) for push to mobile devices and Outlook, aswell as contacts and calender sync.

I've installed Gmail Mobile on on my mobile now (I discovered that true push was annoying more than useful), so I just use mail2web as a free contacts bank - whenever I put a number in my phone it syncs with the Exchange server so I have a backup - I can get a phone number (at the pub or wherever), lose the phone 30 minutes later, go out and buy a new phone and have all my contacts downloaded onto te new phone within minutes.
