Hell yea! Why not? The guy's a winner. Rather see him as HC though.

There's zero percent chance he'd want a job here.

Yep. The only way he takes a job in the NFL is if it is in Miami or the Caribbean. Not KC.

I really don't think the idea is that far-fetched, I just think JJ is enjoying his retirement a little too much to consider it. I also prefer that we go with a young, up and comer from a team that has RECENT success.

With the aid of the dumbest trade in NFL history! (Dika trading his whole draft for Ricky Williams gets honorable mention) That said I think he would be a solid choice as GM or coach. For those who say he would not go to KC I disagree. If Clark will open the billfold why would he not want to? Solid fan base huge cap space and renovations being done to the stadium. This is a very good situation to walk into IMO.

Ted Bundy would be a good choice. Or maybe Ed Gein.

Have you forgotten about Miami?

That was a mess.

In Dallas, they hit the jackpot with Aikman, Irvin was already in place and Smith was a steal at number 17 in the first round.

Everything fell into place for them.

yep .... he's happy as hell playing with makeup and not having the pressure of being in the NFL.

That's a great idea. He could probably win games if we provide him with a pro bowl QB, WR, RB, and the best offensive line in football. I'm always skeptical about coaches who win with the ridiculous amount of talent he had. I remember when people thought George Seifert was an elite coach.

yes it wasnt the best BUT look at the defensive players he drafted there, taylor, thomas, madison, surtain, just to name a few, also he didnt get along with marino. still had a 38-31 record??? pretty smart guy too

Everything fell into place for them.Actually, he left them in better shape than when he took over. Again, I'm NOT advocating JJ as our GM, just that the proposition isn't that far-fetched-meaning there's alot worse candidates. Nothing more, nothing less.

You better have a thick skin, son, cause you are absolutely correct.

We are a bunch of assholes, and when someone raises a stupid ****ing idea that has about 0% of actually happening, we don't hold back.

How do you think he got all those good players??
He is very cunning with personel.
The Hershal walker trade made the cowboys.

Besides. I said I didnt really like the guy. I woudnt want him as coach..

15 years ago he was coach. I was talking about general manager where the old coaches go.

It was bad timing for Jimmy there. He had the Marino factor.

I can understand that point, but keep in mind that this was in an uncapped salary cap league and the Cowboys had a LOT of money to spend. And we all know that Jimmy Johnson, or any coach under Jerry Jones, ever ran the show.
