This is impressive. You have managed a way to actually take a dump on your monitor, somehow have it digitized, saved on your computer, uploaded to the Chicago Tribune and posted on this website as a "Mock Draft"
This is truly genius

I thought there were stupid Chiefs fans:

The brain that is in (bear's owner) Angelo's head should tell him that he has a horrible track record in the first two rounds. So he should trade out of the first and second since this team has so many holes.

I stopped reading when I saw they had SanFran taking JOSH FREEMAN at 10 ahead of Stafford!!!! FWIW, Everett Brown wouldn't break my heart but it would be BAD if we passed up Stafford though....NO WAY THIS mock is even in the ballpark.

Ignoring the fact that Stafford would fall all the way to #11  in this scenario.....All the mocks will be based off of whether or not the person writing them believes we are going forward with Tyler as our QBOTF.

We do need a pass rusher...I'm not up on the college game much. So let's say the new GM decides Tyler is the man, is this guy from Florida State good enought to take #3 overall?

IMO we need to draft a QB #3 overall.

I think Brown is going to rise up on draft boards leading up to the draft, but he's not going to be a #3 overall draft pick.

At #3, if we don't have a shot at a QB, then taylor Mays will be the best player on the board that can help this team.

Wow.

I'm taking Taylor Mays because he's a difference maker, position be damned.

Safeties aren't top 10 players unless they are special.

Mays is special.

Yes, I agree with mecca here.

The guy is a special talent.

There is concern due to the fact that he plays on one of the best defenses in the country in USC, with players like Maualuga (sp?) and Cushing. The Ryan Sims' effect never dies.

Dan Pompei sucks.

He sucked when he wrote for the Sporting News and he continues to suck today.

I used to write emails to the Sporting News ripping him in the 90's for his stupid drafts and his refusal to mention the Chiefs in his columns from 1993-1997.

He's moron and probably (dare I say it), worse than Adam "I can't write" Teicher.

We get him in the 2nd, stultifying the 'you don't waste a top pick' acolytes.Yes, yes. Let's spend a ridiculous amount of money and a top 3 pick on a RT. Sure, we could fill a position that's more difficult to fill with that pick instead of drafting a lineman and trying to convert Albert into a mauler, but it's not like we have many needs or anything.

That's wrong Landry went in the top 10 also...

Mays is a very very rare and special player, giant size, great speed, great range.

You can say other great players in the front 7 yes but he is by far the best player in the secondary.
